ITADCollect was initially created in 2017, with the goal of helping ITAD companies achieve compliance with the ADISA standard.
We had been approached a few years earlier to create a bespoke system for a company looking for ADISA certification, and based on the feedback received during their audit, realised there was a market for developing something that could be used by multiple companies to achieve the same goal.
Over time, ITADCollect has evolved into a comprehensive ITAD management platform, but its core features remain focused on ensuring that ITAD operations meet the rigorous requirements of ADISA certification, including the new ICT Asset Recovery Standard 8.0.
Our 3-point approach to collection management, from initial booking, through collection and processing, ensures that you follow ADISA best practices and maintain a complete audit trail for every device, making the certification process smoother and more efficient. It also makes it easy for your staff to follow the correct procedures, and for auditors to verify compliance during audits.
We currently work with a number of clients who have gone on to achieve ADISA certification, and continue to work with many more currently going through the process.
